Fungus amongus!

As you can imagine, building systems that grow mushrooms means we grow quite a bit ourselves. If you’re here for the fresh mushrooms, you’ve come to the right place. We’re currently expanding our growing capacity and deliver to the Chicagoland area. Looking for a mushroom we don’t have? Let us know and we’ll do what we can to get it into production.

Oyster

The oyster mushrooms we grow are a strain of pleurotus ostreatus known for it's large bouquets and high yields. When sautéed a nutty, savory flavor comes through and smells an awful lot like a burger!
